Installation Support!

b. For Bios setup, please follow "EFiX MB(motherboard) Bios Setup Guide EFiX Motherboard Bios Setup" as it is very important your system bios setup is according to our guide or efix manufacture guide. your efix will not boot if the bios setup is not according to our guide.
c. for Installing Operating System, please follow "EFiX OS Installation Guide; if efix Operating System guide is not follow properly your efix firmware may become corrupt.
We do not support any hardware that is not listed on our "hardware compatibility List"

1. For all RETURN related questions. You may send email at sales@expresshd.com; please include your order number in your email. Your RMA number is your original order number. we do not accept return after 30 days from invoice date and 15% restocking fee applies, please see our return policy for more information.

3. EFiX-REPAIR-REPLACE: (under warranty)

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing order, should your goods get lost due to wrong shipping address, we are not liable for unit/s getting lost due to carrier misconduct or wrong address. once goods are shipped according to your instruction we are not responsible.
