EFIX COMPATIBLE HARDWARE.

We only support hardware that is listed under "efix compatible hardware" you may check the hardware compatibility page from our home page as well, or you may visit efix manufacturer site: www.efi-x.com We do not support any hardware that is not listed on our "hardware compatibility List"

1. RETURN related questions. You may send email at sales@zougate.com; please include your order number in your email. Your RMA number is your original order number. we do not accept return after 30 days from invoice date and 15% restocking fee applies to all orders. Please see our return policy for more information. You must open a support ticket for all returns. Please do not use "return link under "my account" to create RMA numbers. We do not return unit with void warranty. Hacking attempts, installing efix to firewire port void warranty. All non-operable efix usb v1.1 has to go through manufacturer authorization for exchange or return. All efix usb is tested and firmware updated to date shipped, before shipping.


2. EFIX FIRMEWARE UPDATE or to test your efix, for all test and firmware update after 30 days, requires prepaid postage envelop from our store to your destination, we do not pay for shipping to and from our store after 30 days of invoiced. Please do not ship item which required signature, you may use tracking services to track your package. Your may update your efix firmware as well, please see "Home" page and "Firmware Update" link.


2. TRADE-UP Question.

1. EFIX USB V1/V1.01 trade up to EFIX USV V1.1 trade-up option expires 03/31/2010; After expiration we do not offer any extension to trade-up option. You may see FAQ for more information.


3. EFiX-REPAIR-REPLACE: (under warranty)

Please see our FAQ "Repair-Replace-RMA" Please do not ship any units without your original order number. Make sure we can reference your package when we receive it. Any item/s after 30 days must include prepaid shipping postage label. Our standard shipping and handling charge for US $15 and International is $35; should we not receive a prepaid postage envelope or box to ship it back to you. All EFiX USB V1.1 has to be sent to efix manufacturer for any replacement authorization, there is a  minimum 21 business days delay for update on efix usb v1.1 replacement. Should your efix usb v1.1 become unstable you may contact manufacture as well.  As efix usb v1.1 is almost impossible to became unstable or need replacement.


4. SHIPPING:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing order. Please check paypal and our store shipping address. We ship to paypal address first (if used paypal as payment method). Should your goods get lost due to wrong shipping address, we are not liable for unit/s getting lost due to carrier misconduct or wrong address provided by you. Once goods are shipped according to your instruction we are not responsible for delay or lost. Should additional shipping require, there would be a shipping charge for all return items due to wrong shipping address.  We do our best to ship to PayPal verified shipping address but you have the choice to change your shipping address when placing order.

Technical support we must have the following information:

a. Motherboard model.

b. Video card model.

c. Numbers of hard drives connected to your motherboard; make sure your SATA DVD Drive and SATA Hard Drive is connected to Intel Supported SATA ports.

d. EFIX V1/V1.01 or EFIX V1.1 and firmware version,  

e.  Steps you have taken already to solve the issues, give us detail steps of your issues, you must have your order number included in your support ticket.

f. you must have gone through our “Quick Start Guide” before opening any support ticket for technical support.

g. your feedback is always welcome, please send us your feedback at info@zougate.com so we may better assist you and others.
