YES, We are happy to say, we are offering a trade-option for existing efix v1/v1.01 guests, Please buy your trade up option before the expiration date, trade-up option expires 03/31/2010. We may not offer trade-up option in future.

What is my benefit of trading my efix v1 to efix v1.1?
EFiX USB V1.1 has more Onboard memory, faster cpu and few other hardware enhancement than EFiX USB V1, therefore EFiX USB V1.1 may have more feature than V1 or V1.01; EFiX USB V1.1 have firmware update for snow leopard. EFiX V1/efix v1.1 has no Snow Leopard support.

When does the trade-up program end?
Trade-up program will end 03/31/2010. There will not be any trade-up option after 03/31/2010, including efix v1/V1.01 that may still be under warranty.we will trade-up efix that are not operational. NO physical damage module will be accepted.

Will there be a trade-up option when efix v2 is released?
We do not have any plan for any future trade-up option including efix v1 or efix v1.1. We do not know any estimated released date for efix v2.
